Body image is an incredibly important topic of discussion, and it CAN'T be left out of the conversation around fitness and health because the two are intimately linked. People often start exercising/eating "better" (more on that later) because they dislike some aspect of their body or want to lose weight. The reason I decided to share my own personal journey is because I wasn't immune to this. I suffered a lot from negative body image (and still sometimes do, but more on that in the video!) and think it's important to be honest about that. You're not alone, and it's time for us to become conscious of our insecurities and finally decouple them from the desire to be healthy. Thanks for watching!
